Latin logic says "penises" (or "penes", but unless you're writing for like, a medical journal, neither is more correct than the other).

I've seen penes in mom-medical use, in natural history-related usage.

Penises is probably more correct, but this is one of the instances where I don't care. Penii is how I pluralize it, dangit.

The Scrabble dictionary, which knows all, lists the plural of penis as penises. The end.
